First sessions

The first sessions are of vital importance. They are an opportunity to establish initial contact and identify any difficulties you may be experiencing. A first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other, to discover the premises, the environment in which we will be working, to meet me and to get a first impression of whether you feel confident and whether you would like us to work together. What's more, it's during these sessions that we can begin to establish a bond of trust, an essential prerequisite.

My aim is to help you understand yourself and others better, by shedding light on the ways in which you operate that you are not aware of.

Therapist commitment

I will do my best to ensure that my therapeutic approach guides you towards an improvement in your well-being by acknowledging and addressing your suffering. I want to support you in exploring your questionings, always taking into account your uniqueness as an individual.

This involves creating a safe space where you can express your emotions, your concerns and your difficulties, while being listened to with empathy.

Involvement in therapy

It can be challenging to share your innermost thoughts and deepest emotions. That's why I'm committed to creating an environment where you can feel free to express yourself unreservedly, without fear of being judged.

In the therapeutic process, trust is fundamental, and I will always strive to listen to you with empathy, respect and non-judgement. My aim is to offer you a space where you can safely explore your concerns, doubts and fears, so that you can move forward using your resources for your well-being.
